Aims and Objectives
South Point strives to provide education founded on excellence and aims to create a wide range of
opportunities for the all-round development of students.
The School instils the spirit of creativity and ingenuity in its pupils. Teaching here goes beyond the
curriculum to sow the seeds of social commitment in students. Moral values, as well as leadership
qualities, are taught right from the Nursery classes so that Pointers leave a mark on the human race
as worthy and responsible citizens.
Emblem And Motto
The School Emblem, showing a bird in flight, symbolises man’s everlasting quest for knowledge and desire to soar above the mundane.
The School Motto is Courage to Know. It is a tribute to all those who, in the face of blind prejudice, religious bigotry, social ostracism and even death, refused to give up their search for truth.
