Yoga Classes

Exercise and yoga are of utmost importance for the physical and mental well-being of a child. They help to improve stamina, flexibility, concentration and self-control.
Regular games classes are held for Classes Transition to IV in South Point School which help bring up healthy and happy pupils.

In South Point High School Physical Education classes are a perfect blend of Yoga, P.T. and Rock Climbing. Yoga sessions are compulsory for Classes VI to VIII. These sessions are aimed at helping Pointers with stress management and taking care of their physical and mental health. Three trainers from the World Yoga Society conduct these once-a-week classes.
