The Club hosted a lecture demonstration by Shri Supriyo Maitro an exponent of Dhrupad Sangeet on Monday, October 28, 2024 and was ably accompanied by Shri Jay Dalal on the Pakhawaj. Shri Maitro attempted to enlighten the students about the nuances of this classical vocal format that has a very rich history.
